AGR 121 - Introduction to Animal Science

This course includes the following major topics regarding animal science: introduction and history; breeds of beef, dairy, horses, and other companion animals, poultry, sheep and swine; breeding and selection; anatomy and physiology; nutrition; growth; environment; health and sanitation; product; marketing; and production, technology and economics.
