This course is to provide individuals who are new to Microsoft Windows with the knowledge necessary to understand and to identify the tasks involved in supporting Windows networks. This is an introductory course designed to provide an overview of networking concepts and how they are implemented in Windows. This course will help the student prepare for the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist examination. Applicable toward graduation at Sandburg where program structure permits: Degree or Certificate: AA, AS, AAS, AGS, and Certificates where applicable (1.1)
