This course is a basic explanation of the legal rights and responsibilities of businesses in both the public and private sectors. It is relevant to future managers and integrates ethics and social responsibility, international and contemporary business issues, and e-commerce in organizations. Current legal cases and ethical dilemmas are used to illustrate and reinforce legal regulations. Applicable toward graduation at Sandburg where program structure permits: Degree or Certificate - AA, AS, AAS, AGS, and Certificates where applicable (1.1)
