AGR 131 - Introduction to Crop Science Credit(s): 4 Lecture/Lab Contact Hours: 3, 2
This course focuses upon four principle objectives: the importance of crops on world food production, the basic principles of plant growth and the influence of man and environment, the theoretical and practical application of agronomic principles, and the interpretation of scientific data. Applicable toward graduation at Sandburg where program structure permits: Degree or Certificate - AA, AS, AAS, AGS, and Certificates where applicable (1.1)
