This course introduces students to professional educational settings through 20 hours of guided classroom observation in K-12 or early learning environments. Students focus on observing teacher-student interactions, classroom management strategies, instructional practices, and inclusive learning environments. This practicum is paired with reflective assignments, connecting observation to course readings and state expectations for educators.
