EDU 200 - Educational Psychology Credit(s): 4 Lecture Hours: 3 Lab Hours: 1
This course examines psychological theories of learning, motivation, development, and assessment with direct application to education. The integrated lab provides hands-on opportunities to analyze case studies, apply learning theories, and conduct small-scale field-based activities. Learners will have the opportunity to work with educational partners for place-based learning, as well as hybrid and remote options in the case where learners need to take the course online. Applicable toward graduation at Sandburg where program structure permits: AA, AS, AAS, AGS, and Certificates where applicable (1.1)
